Returns and Refund Policy

  • Standard Returns & Eligibility

    You may return eligible products for a refund within 10 working days of receiving the goods. Because Kambrosig deals in consumable food items, strict hygiene and safety standards apply. To be eligible for a standard return, the product must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
    • Original labels and tamper-evident seals must be completely intact.
    • In a fully saleable condition.
    • Note: A standard handling fee of 15% will be deducted from all eligible non-defective returns.
  • Exceptions

    For health and safety reasons, this policy does not apply to certain products. We cannot accept returns on:

    • Any opened or unsealed food and consumable items, including dried nuts, fruits, fruit rolls, sugared fruit bars/cubes, and olive oils.
    • Perishable items that have reached or passed their expiry date while in the customer’s possession.
  • Defective Items

    You have the right to return a faulty or compromised item within 30 days along with proof of purchase. After investigating the returned goods, we will issue a replacement or a refund/gift voucher for the total value of the defective item(s).

  • Incorrect Items

    If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days and specify the correct details in writing.

    • The incorrect item must be returned to us before we conclude our investigation.
    • If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the one you ordered, we will send the correct item as soon as possible. Alternatively, we can issue a refund or a gift voucher for the missing product.
    • You will not be charged for the incorrect item.
  • Refund Processing

    • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
    • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or via gift voucher, unless otherwise agreed by Kambrosig.
    • Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs associated with a standard return are payable by the Customer. Kambrosig will cover return shipping costs exclusively for defective or incorrect items.
  • Proof of Purchase

    Valid proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of your order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
